Banana Pudding Brownies

- 1 box brownie mix
- 1 box banana pudding mix
- 8 oz whipped cream cheese
- 4 tbsp buttermilk
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup crushed vanilla wafers
- Preheat oven to 325˚F.
- Prepare brownie mix according to box.
- In a separate bowl, mix together pudding mix, whipped cream cheese, egg, buttermilk using an hand mixer.
- Fold in crushed vanilla wafers.
- Pour brownie mix into a greased 8×8 baking pan.
- Place dollops of cream cheese mixture throughout brownie mix and use a butter knife to marble it into the brownie mix.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes.
- Allow to cool before slicing.
