How to make horseradish aioli

  • Make sure to use room temperature ingredients.

Gather ingredients and layer them into an immersion blender cup or any large cup, even a medium bowl will do. Eggs go first, then the horseradish, vinegar, garlic and salt. The oil needs to be your top layer.

Place your immersion blender to the bottom of the cup and slowly make your way up to the top while blending. And, voila you will have fresh, homemade horseradish aioli!
