Lobster Ravioli Sauce Recipe

  • 3 tablespoons butter

  • 1 teaspoons minced garlic, or 1 garlic clove, minced

  • ½ shallot, minced

  • 1/4 cup white wine + 1 teaspoon cornstarch

  • 1 tsp dried parsley

  • 1 tsp old bay

  • ½ tsp coarse kosher salt

  • ¼ cup pasta water, reserved


  1. Melt butter on medium high heat. 
  2. Add garlic, shallots, parsley, old bay and salt. Simmer for 30 seconds. 
  3. Add white wine slurry. Lower heat to simmer and whisk until smooth.
  4. Toss over pasta.
